[ 01 ] The basics

What is a bloc?

A pre-portioned piece of solid shampoo, conditioner, body wash or moisturizer, 3 × 3.5 cm. One bloc, one wash.

How do I use it?

Wet it and lather it between your palms, then apply. Shampoo and conditioner go on hair from your hands. Body wash and moisturizer go straight on skin.

How do I tell them apart?

By the carton: orange is shampoo [HS01], peach is conditioner [HC01], blue is body wash [BW01], lilac is moisturizer [BM01]. The code is also engraved on each bloc.

What's a rinse-off moisturizer?

A moisturizer you use in the shower. Spread it on wet skin, leave it a minute or longer, then rinse. Your skin stays soft without anything sticky after.

My conditioner or moisturizer broke apart.

Press the pieces together like dough and keep using it. They're rich formulas, and they release even better pressed together.

My shampoo broke apart.

It won't stick back together, but the pieces still lather. Next time, lather it in your palms before it touches your scalp.

Does it lather?

Yes, properly, and in hard water too.

Is it sulphate-free?

The whole range is.

Will it work on my hair?

The shampoo works on every hair type, including coloured, keratin-treated, chemically straightened and permed hair. One shampoo bloc washes very long hair once or short hair twice.

Can I use it on my beard?

Yes, unless the skin underneath is very sensitive or broken. The range contains fragrance.

Is it safe for sensitive skin, kids or pregnancy?

Yes, the current range is suitable for all three. If you have a specific condition, check the ingredients on the product page with your doctor.

Is it vegan?

Yes.

Does it leave residue?

No. Any small pieces wash down the drain.

[ 03 ] Storage and travel

How do I store it?

Zipped in its pouch, somewhere dry.

Will it melt?

Not in normal use. In real heat a bloc softens first, and a slightly soft bloc lathers more easily. Keep it out of direct sun.

How long does it keep?

To the date on the pouch: 2 years for shampoo and body wash, 3 for conditioner and moisturizer.

Can I fly with it?

Yes. Blocs are solid, so there's nothing to fit into a liquids bag.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Egypt. Cairo takes 1–3 working days, Alexandria 2–4.

How much is delivery?

From 80 EGP, depending on your city. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Can I pay cash?

Cash on delivery in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. Elsewhere, pay by card when you order.

Where should I start?

With [try] Shower Kit: one of each product, one full routine, LE 99.

Can I return it?

Wrong or damaged items are replaced. A [keep] can be refunded within 14 days of delivery. [try] can't be returned. Full policy: refunds.
