what's a serving?

one serving is a single bloc — a pre-portioned piece you take from the pouch. it's sized to match, so you use the same amount you always have, just without the bottle.

how long does one pouch last?
can i pay cash on delivery?

yes — cash on delivery is available at checkout alongside card payment, wherever we currently deliver.

how should i store the blocs?

keep the pouch sealed and somewhere dry — a bathroom drawer or shelf away from direct water works fine. no fridge, no special care needed.

do i need to condition every time i shampoo?

most people do, but if your roots run oily, conditioning every other wash works just as well — start with your usual routine and adjust from there.

is the body wash gentle enough for daily use?

yes — it's made for everyday showers and won't strip or dry out your skin, even with daily use.

will the moisturizer feel greasy?

no — it absorbs quickly and leaves a light, non-greasy finish, so you can get dressed right away.
